Segment Two: Review, Debrief Sessions, and Setting Objectives (3-4 Hours)

• Review/ Q & A
• Debrief of Unknown MAPP™ Assessments
• Mutual Suggestions/Trainer Critique
• Addressing Common Patterns and Subtleties in MAPP™ Data
• Lessons Learned from Client Responses
• Setting Objectives and Next Steps with Clients
• Debrief Sessions with Provided Objectives

Segment Three: Client Types and Tailored Approaches (3-4 Hours)

• Discussion of Debrief Sessions
• Tailoring Approaches for:
  • Individual Clients (Life Choices)
  • Businesses/HR (Work-related Issues & Staff Needs)
    • Managers, Employees, Teams
• Orientation/Training Strategies
• Focusing on Individuals with Unique Profiles/Needs

Segment Four: Specialized Client Categories (3-4 Hours)

• STUDENTS:

  1. Informational Interviews/Research

FEES:

1. Individual debrief/coaching are priced at $225 per hour * Please note that the MAPP™ Executive Package is required for participation.
2. Coaches: Hourly or "Project Rate"" to be arranged
3. Businesses: Hourly or “Project Rate” to be arranged
4. Students: Group rates available for 5 or more.

Barbara also provides Coach-the-Coaches training & support to help other Coaches & HR professionals using MAPP™ to take the assessment to the next level with their own clients.
